I’ve lived with hair loss for nearly 30 years and spent over 15 years advising patients across the hair restoration industry. My own journey includes eight hair transplant procedures, including repair work, which has given me first-hand experience of both good decision-making and the consequences of poor planning.

I have also used hair loss medication finasteride for 20 years and used oral minoxidil for over 3 years.

My focus is simple: clear guidance, realistic expectations, and long-term thinking - helping patients avoid expensive mistakes whether they’re researching their first procedure or dealing with a repair case.
